Greece registry — investigate empty table

Description

The Greece registry SQL exists and the table was created, but the table may be empty. Investigate whether the SQL import succeeded, whether the source data was correct, and re-import if needed.

Source is a historical spotting database, not a live CAA scrape. The table is likely empty because the SQL was never imported. Needs a manual sql_import run against greece.sql. Holding copy also at registries/Greece/holding/greece_20260517.sql (same 771 records).
