Kiosk carousel - add navigation controls (< || >)

Description
Add visible navigation controls beneath each critter card on the kiosk carousel: < (previous), || (pause/resume), > (next). Clicking pause holds the current card indefinitely; clicking play resumes auto-rotation. Left/right step one critter in that direction and restart the timer. Allows manual browsing via VNC without waiting for the full rotation cycle.
