Primary: download.cnet.com/add-your-software/ (free basic listing). Also: SourceForge (free), Alternativeto.net (free).
Notes: CNET cleaned up malware bundling in 2016. Editorial reviews largely defunct. Do NOT submit until client-readiness items are substantially cleared.
