Description

Ledger Goblin exists on the kiosk and has a dept badge (Surveillance) but has no actual code. Build the critter. Aria Easter egg: statistical queries (e.g. 'how many flights?') should be answered grumpily with a reference to 'Form 27-B, in triplicate'. Schedule TBC.
